Supporting Local Medical Students and Community Health

Residents of Maryland's Frederick or Washington Counties, aged 18 or over, are eligible for membership in the Dr. J. Elmer Harp Medical Center, Inc. To become a member, individuals need to be nominated by a current member and elected by a majority of members. Membership applications are typically processed during the annual meeting, held on the first Wednesday of October. Attendance at the annual meeting is essential for applying for membership.

Annual dues for members amount to $10. During the annual meeting, members play a crucial role in electing the corporation's directors and participating in the transaction of any other business brought before the membership.
